Delete your Her Shey AI account and data

Option 1 — In the app (immediate)
- Open Her Shey AI and tap the menu (☰) at the top left. On a wide screen the menu is already open on the left.
- Tap Profile.
- At the bottom of the page, tap Delete account, then Continue and Delete permanently. The app may first ask you to confirm it is you.
This works for registered accounts and for guest use alike. Your account and all of its data stored on our servers are deleted at once.
Option 2 — By e-mail (if you no longer have the app)
Send an e-mail to info@i-shim.com with the subject "Delete my Her Shey AI account", from the e-mail address you used to sign in. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by e-mail. Guest use has no e-mail address we could match; please use Option 1 for guest data.

What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase records. Google Play, Apple and our subscription service (RevenueCat) keep their own records of payments as the law requires. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (or in your Apple ID settings).
- Technical server logs (for example a request time and an anonymous user ID) are deleted automatically within 30 days.
- Copies on your phone. The app keeps a cache of your chats on your device. Uninstalling the app removes it. Alarms and calendar notes you confirmed stay in your phone's Clock app and calendar until you remove them there.

2. Yol — E-postayla (uygulama artık sende değilse)
Giriş yaptığın e-posta adresinden info@i-shim.com adresine "Her Shey AI hesabımı sil" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Hesabı ve verilerini 30 gün içinde siler, e-postayla bildiririz. Misafir kullanımın eşleştirebileceğimiz bir e-posta adresi yoktur; misafir verisi için 1. yolu kullan.

Neler, ne kadar süre kalır
- Satın alma kayıtları. Google Play, Apple ve abonelik hizmetimiz (RevenueCat), yasanın gerektirdiği ödeme kayıtlarını kendileri tutar. Hesabı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez: aboneliği Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler'den (ya da Apple Kimliği ayarlarından) iptal et.
- Teknik sunucu kayıtları (örneğin bir isteğin zamanı ve anonim kullanıcı kimliği) en geç 30 gün içinde kendiliğinden silinir.
- Telefonundaki kopyalar. Uygulama sohbetlerinin bir önbelleğini cihazında tutar; uygulamayı kaldırınca silinir. Onayladığın alarmlar ve takvim notları, sen oradan silene kadar telefonunun Saat uygulamasında ve takviminde kalır.
